New research shows an inverse correlation between the length of a woman's skirt and the amount of debt she is in.
A 28cm hemline equates to a woman having debts of £4.3billion, the research shows. A woman wearing a longer skirt, say of 52cm, will have only £400 in debts. A women with a 7m skirt that trails along the ground behind her will have no debts at all.
